We will work with the three-part circular breath, a continuous and rhythmic breathing technique that activates the body’s natural intelligence.
When practiced for a longer period, this breath naturally releases the body’s DMT, opening pathways for deep emotional healing, visions, and inner clarity.
A single Breathwork session can, for some, create more transformation than years of therapy.

 Ceremonial Cacao
We start with Keith’s Ceremonial Cacao — the original cacao from Guatemala — to help the heart and body open.
As a natural vasodilator, cacao increases blood flow, allowing the lungs to open fully and supporting the release of toxins on all levels.
Cacao contains theobromine and phenylethylamine (PEA) — compounds that promote relaxation, focus, bliss, and emotional openness.
This combination of cacao and breathwork creates a powerful synergy for deep relaxation, emotional release, and energy activation.

 Integration & Sharing
After the active breathwork phase, we will move into grounding and deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind to absorb and stabilize the energy.
We end the circle with an optional sharing round for those who wish to express their experience.
